This song is about traveling afar in one’s mind as the physical world limits the individual from doing so in real life. Not a brand new theme per se, but one that many have been feeling for most of the past year. Also, being a newish parent of a now two year-old girl, I’m remarking on the road of parenthood being both exhilarating and exhausting, the desire to push boundaries while also staying comfortable. These feelings come to life in this song, one of the albums’ higher energy offerings.
